Performing a Login Test

By testing your login with User Self-Management Website, you can make sure you are logging in correctly to OneSpan Authentication Server.

To perform a login test:

One-Button Digipass Authenticators

  1. From the User Self-Management Website menu, select Manage > Login Test.
  2. Enter your user name.
  3. Enter your token-id.
    Your token-id is your PIN followed by the Digipass response.
  4. Click Log In.
    If authentication is successful, a confirmation message will be displayed.

Keypad Digipass Authenticators

  1. From the User Self-Management Website menu, select Manage > Login Test.
  2. Enter your user name.
  3. Enter your token-id.
    Your token-id is the Digipass response.
  4. Click Log In.
    If authentication is successful, a confirmation message will be displayed.

Challenge/Response

  1. From the User Self-Management Website menu, select Manage > Login Test.
  2. Enter your user name.
  3. Depending on the authentication instructions you received from the administrator, do one of the following:
    • Leave the Token-id field blank.
    • Enter your token-id.
      The token-id may be a keyword as well as or instead of your token-id, as instructed by the administrator.
  4. Click Log In.
  5. Enter the challenge displayed on-screen into your Digipass authenticator.
  6. Enter the response from your Digipass authenticator in the Token-id field on this page.
  7. Click Log In.
    If authentication is successful, a confirmation message will be displayed.

Virtual Mobile Authenticator

  1. From the User Self-Management Website menu, select Manage > Login Test.
  2. Enter your user name.
  3. Enter your token-id.
    The token-id may be a keyword as well as or instead of your token-id, as instructed by the administrator.
  4. Click Log In.
  5. Enter the OTP you have received via text message or e-mail in the Token-id field on this page.
  6. Click Log In.
    If authentication is successful, a confirmation message will be displayed.
