INSTRUCTIONS

• Enter your user name and token-id to unlock your account.
• If you are using a Digipass authenticator without a keypad such as the Digipass GO 6 or Digipass GO 7, your token-id will be your PIN followed by the Digipass response.
• If you are using a Digipass authenticator with a keypad such as the Digipass 270, your token-id will be the Digipass response.
• If you are using Challenge/Response, leave the Token-id field blank to receive a challenge. Alternatively, you may have been instructed to enter a keyword and/or your token-id.
• If you are using Virtual Mobile Authenticator, enter your token-id and/or keyword to receive a one-time password, following the on-screen instructions.
